Mr 13 is back again with his 9th and final official music video of 2011. This time 2 Skinny Guys And A Blog went to Amsterdam for 'The High Times Cannabis Cup'. In the 24 years the Cannabis Festival has been running, it has never been raided by the authorities. On the day that 2 Skinny Guys And A Blog attended however, Police locked down the event and searched every one on their way out.
